Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with a $300 refundable pet deposit per pet. Up-to-date vaccinations and the City of Seattle registrations are required. Cats and dogs allowed (max 2 per apartment). Monthly pet rent per pet: $35. Breed restrictions apply (see below): Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow.
